[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart - empty box | |||||
I ordered jbl headset with flipkart on the 8th of september 2018 and they got it delivered on the 10th of september 2018. When i opened the product, there was nothing inside the box. They send me an empty box. The box was completely empty and i immediately called them. They told me that replacement could be given and asked me to wait for 24 hrs. I called them and after 24 hrs and again they said me to wait and wait and wait!!! But nothing. Even when i send an e-mail to them, i get an automatic reply saying, your e-mail is not registered with us. They asked me that i have to wait until 23rd of sep 2018 for the resolution. With no option i had to wait. I called today the 23rd of sep 2018 and spoke with someone named nitika sharma who claimed that she works for chandigarh location. On my several request to speak with the manager/supervisor, she only stated that they are not available. She even told me as you wish i[censored] want to stay on the line, not my problem. I called the second time and one of the gut told me that i will receive a call before 9 pm. I didn't receive any call nor any e-mail from them. I called again and they again are telling me to wait for another few days to do a return request. Now i have lost my money and neither did i get my product. Also, everytime i call the customer service, they only tell it is being investigated and its on high priority but never get any answer as to what is happening. Its been more than 13-14 days. Verified Support Sep 28, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling customer on [protected] but it went switched off, so kindly request customer to share an alternate number or convenient time so that we can contact back, as well as request customer to reply on the mail he received from us with the id proof so that we can help in resolving the issue.
