[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart - fraudulent like shopping experience | |||||
I've ordered Transcend Storejet Hard Disk (2TB online) listed at ₹6399 for ₹6299 using MasterCard's offer on 1st December 2018 paying the full amount. The order was placed, shipped to mother hub and was then cancelled by the "seller". The reason they said was due to high demand of the product, and since they want to serve "others" better, they've cancelled it. Refund was given after a while. I called Flipkart customer care to address the issue. They have assured that it won't happen again and asked me to order again. The same events happened again. This time I've lodged a compliant against the seller, and Flipkart assured me to resolve the issue by December 5th. Instead of solving the issue, they have suspended my Flipkart account stating that there is huge number of cancellations. They acted on the customer instead of seller. In fact I doubt if Flipkart is doing sales volume manipulation by such tricks. Then it should be reported to SEBI. Was this information helpful? | |||||
