[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart fraudulent pos transaction done using my debit card

Sir,

I had not done any pos transaction of flipkart by using my bank of india debit card on 23rd & 24th march 2018 i got a message that i have done pos transaction of rs.10999/-, rs.13365/- and rs. 6550/- on flip kart (Rupay card no.6069xxxxxxxx5744 which i have not done. Settlement to the vendor and refund the amount and if possible trace the shipping address so that we can find the fraudster.

I tried to report the same to flip kart on their website but the domain name cs. Flipkart is not available.

Vinod Maurya (my brother) had not done any POS transaction on flipkart by using his bank of india debit card on 23rd & 24th march 2018 but he got message that he had done POS transaction of Rs.10999/-, Rs.13365/- and Rs. 6550/- on flip kart by his rupay card no.6069xxxxxxxx5744 but he had not done any shoping even he is never using his card for any payment. Please make refund as per followings transection details -

[[protected] ₹ 10999/-] bdipg/lb[protected]/flipkart
[[protected] ₹ 13375/-] bdipg/lb[protected]/flipkart

Settlement to the vendor and refund the amount and if possible trace the shipping address so that we can find the fraudster.
It is already notified to flipkart but they didn't take any action

As per your comment on same day I had discussed to customer care executive she said that "you will get related information on 28- March 18 but still no any information. Please make refund as per Followings transection details -
