Flipkart — flipkart harassment case

On 6th august, my fkipkart account was blocked without any notice. After constantly calling them on 8th august, i was informed via email that my account was blocked due to a high amount of returns from my end.

To clarify, products (Women's western wear) had been returned due to size mis match as some brands are not consistent with sizing. However, all products were exchanged or returned as per return policy and literally within hours / minutes or maximum one day of delivery.

My greviance - due to my account being blocked i am unable to pay flipkart pay later dues amounting to approx inr 1200/- and i am unable to return 4 products amounting to approx 3600/- which had a 30days return policy (Which expired on 3rd and 13th september respectively)

After calling them numerous times (I have recorded conversations), on 17th september, i was asked to email the order id of the products that needed to be picked up for return. I did so immediately (See attached) till date all 4 products (Approx 3600/-) still not picked up.

What's worse is i am being constantly harassed by phone calls, emails and text messages from flipkart demanding that i pay dues of 4800/- failing which legal action would be taken!!! Today 11th oct,
They have sent me an email and text message informing that legal action is initiated!

All this when they are fully aware that it is no fault of mine and that they have denied me access to my account since 6th august

This has been going on for more than two months. They have caused me so much stress and disturbed my peace of mind.

Hoping y'all can help. I just want this agony to end.
