Flipkart cheated me i purchased iffalcon tv on flipkart on big day sale i ws very happy that a a product of 40000+3200 (Extra warranty) i got only for 32300. And placed teh order by making prepayment. I was getting updates about delivery and later i was not able to access the account and product is not delivered to me. I called flipkart and asked they are saying there are no orders in my account. Now am seriously worried about the prepayment i have made in flipkart. How would i get that money back. Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
