[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart has declined to refund amount on my newly purchased vu tv. | |||
I have purchased a vu tv on flipkart e-commerce site. When i received the tv, found the picture quality and built quality is sub-standard. I asked the team to return the tv and refund the amount. So that i can order some other tv having better quality. But flipkart has denied to refund the amount, though they agreed to replace with same model of tv. How the other model can have better quality when flipkart service personal said the delivered tv quality is as per vu model standard. How one can understand the quality of picture ans device unless customer see physically. They should allow the consumer to get the refund amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
