[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart has refused refund for the doa product they delivered

I purchased two phillips juicer from flipkkart.com with the following order no. But both are delivered dead on arrival, but flipkart has refused for refund and ignoring my emails and calls also. I need a urgent refund.

Flipkart has no customer care policy as per customer's need, they have cheating propensity.

Updated by parag1995 Now to know the status I gave a fresh call back request but i did not get call back even, FLIPkart is not responding the call back request even. The audience should think 50 times before purchasing from FLIPKART

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a concern stating that he wants refund for the order as its was delivered defective.
Customer himself reverted back on mail stating that he has received the refund. Hence closing the case.
