On 4thAug2022, I have ordered medicines through flipkart app (which was showing under categories “medicines(new) along with other categories travel, insurance etc”.
My flipkart healthplus Order ID is [protected] and the order is supposed to be delivered by 6thAug2022. Today is 11thAug2022 till now I didn’t receive the order. I tried calling flipkart healthplus customer care [protected] (sometimes doesn’t work) and the blue dart customer care too - no one has any idea nor bothered to delivered the order. My blue dart AWB Number is [protected].
Since I wasn’t receiving any help from the exclusive platform of flipkart healthplus I tried contacting flipkart customer care - through the app which I ordered medicines. But they too can’t help me because the flipkart healthplus order id was not showing in their backend as it doesn’t start with OD.
The issue is flipkart acquired sasta sundar & placed it in their platform (without proper backend integration) for ordering medicines but the logistics & customer care help sucks leaving us to pathetic service & horrible experience. Neither flipkart owns it nor the acquired sasta sundar renamed to flipkart healthplus helps.
Flipkart has to think about it’s goodwill it has earned this long before placing medicines/third party stuff in their platform if they are not owning the customer experience & order delivery - I don’t know yet whether my order will be delivered or not yet & no help from flipkart or flipkart healthplus either.
