Flipkart — Flipkart Installation and demo is pending from 4 days

Multiple follow up with Flipkart from day one which is 05th May-2022.

I have been calling flipkart from 05th May-2022 and ( Flipkart ) told me kindly wait till 12th-May-2022, but 06th-May-2022 Installation & Demo of the product is expired. There is no coupon or no gift card is given to be for this matter. I have purchased the item worth 31K

I have called on Customer Care They just responding that we have updated feedback your issue will be resolved as soon as possible but still not received any message that my installation is scheduled. I have not received positive response from Flipkart they have just have raised ticket thats it but, I can't see any quick action by flipkart.

Request for team to kindly cooperate and help me out from this problem.
I cannot spend my daily 1-2 hrs to arrange and make phone calls to your department.

When i have purchased the product its mentioned as given below service information
"We'll facilitate the installation and demo through authorized service engineer at your convenience The installation will be done within 48 hours of delivery of the TV.The service engineer will install your new TV, either on wall mount or on table top. Installation and demo are provided free of cost.The engineer will also help you understand your new TV's features.The process generally covers:Wall-mounted or table-top installation, as requested.Physical check of all ports, including power and USB ports. Accessories also checked.Demonstration of features and settings Quick run-through on how to operate the TV"
