Flipkart — Flipkart is failing to recognize my phone IMEI number when I enter the same for exchange | |||
Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with anyother smartphone’. I had purchased the same phone from Flipkart itself on 18 May 2017, i.e. 5 years back, and it doesn’t recognize now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears genuine. I am using my mobile regularly without any trouble. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognizing except carelessness and unprofessional-ism of Flipkart. Flipkart is making fools of Customers which I observed often.
