Flipkart — flipkart is not accepting my return

Hi i have ordered a item from flipkart site order details and follow up conversations are attached.
When i was ordering the item my account was active but after ordering and receiving the item and after making payment they have deactivated my account. Now i need to return the item and customer team is just sending same scripted email.
