[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart is not accepting return of a product that was ordered by mistake by my mother

My mother on my birthday ordered a moto360 unaware that i already have a similar kind of device. Now when i ask the flipkart to return the product they outright refused to do so. It is a very expensive product brand new and it is of no use to me. The product cost is rs 20, 000. I have never faced such a situation from amazon. I along with my family members have ordered so many things from flipkart but this is very wrong on their part and requires some action to be taken against them.
