[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart is not going to deliver my product and wasted my money and time. | |||||
I have booked vu tv on 22nd sep and order id is od[protected]. I booked for my home pincode 577533.in flipkart website it was showing tv will be delivered by 3rd oct to my mentioned pin code, but till now i did not get a tv. And in between flipkart courier partner called and told we are not going to deliver your products, its out of pincode so you have to come and collect in some other place. I complaint to flipkart regarding this but flipkart is not at all taking any action. It took nearly a 15 days, and i paid through credit card. Flipkart is simply postponing the date instead of resolving this issue. I was very frustrated with flipkart and courier partner. Flipkart is showing wrong information in website and cheating the customer, and wasted my money and time. Till now the issue did not get resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||||
