Flipkart — flipkart mentioned wrong serial number on invoice of macbook air purchased | |||
I have purchased macbook air from flipkart on 21th dec 2019 with order id od[protected]. But invoice given to me has mentioned wrong serial no of product. My product serial no and serial mentioned on in voice is not matching. I have written complaint about mismatch of serial no of product in invoice on 26 the dec to flipkart which was to be resolved by 31 dec. We’d request you to share the document confirmation from the brand authorizes service center mentioning that the serial number is mismatching in order to assist you further.

Serial number mentioned on my invoice which is 1PMQD32HN/A is not valid. You can confirm from apple's website https://checkcoverage.apple.com/us/en/ And also Serial number mentioned on my invoice is not matching with the replacement product serial number. I am attaching replacement product's image with serial number This is purely cheating and flipkart you are responsible for this. Please stop cheating people and give my money back from now onwards I will not buy single product from flipkart. Flipkart has done the same with my purchase of Sony dslr worth 1.45 lakhs. The serial number on invoice is totally fake . This they are doing for gst and customer duty evasion . Serious fraud . I am taking this matter forward.
