I m purchase a mi a1 mobile by flipkart. Mobile was damage on screen.. Flipkart 10 day replacement policy for damage product but still i m facing problem no replacement provide buy flipkart.. No contact with me... Please solve the problem I m purchase on 20/11/2017 mi a1 I m received mi a1 mobile in screen is damage condition.. Filpkart team not solve it my problem Where is fault in your end please solve it U r taking in last 5 day but still not solve my problem... I m regular flipkart customer but this time i m totally dis satisfed to your service.. Your policy not work to seller.. Damage problem for u provide replacement but i have raise return request but no customer service officer call me for what is issue my... Only mail it... The seller not fulfill your request... I m purchase only product to flipkart service i know flipkart not to seller I m received screen damage product so please solve it problem.. I m purchased a mobile mi A1 by Flipkart. Mobile display is damage condition received. I m complaint many time to Flipkart for replacement but many time seller cancel my request today last day of 10 day policy of replacement . My last request is accept buy Flipkart on 26 Nov 2017 . I m given request for screen / display damage but Flipkart modify my request to defective product and accept it return request. Today 28/11/2017 ekart delivery boy come in my home for replacement for product and I given my mi A1, ekart delivery boy told me verification failed because I have received mail by Flipkart for defective product. Flipkart cheat to me. I m given request many time but still not solve my problem.
I t request to please provide my problem solution and replacement provide for damage screen mobile
Note- Flipkart not solve my problem till day 28/11/2017 Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 28, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
