[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart mobile buyback/ exchange fraud

I have been a loyal customer of flipkart since 2013, having purchased products worth several lakhs. Flipkart has been my primary mode of online purchase till date. But recently, fallen prey to buyback scheme where flipkart assured rs 15, 300 buyback, i[censored]pgraded to a more expensive oppo mobile on flipkart by october 16, 2019. Hence, i purchased an oppo k1 delivered on february 14, 2019. I used it carefully until 10th september 2019 when i placed an order for oppo reno 10x zoom (Rs 39, 990) in exchange for my oppo k1, with effective price of 22, 790 after buyback exchange. As scheduled the wishmaster arrived with the product to be delivered on september 15, 2019. He was polite in speech. He then thoroughly inspected my oppo k1 with his mobile flashlight, then found a small scratch on lower part of display (Cracks generally extend from edge to edge of display). Confused, he forwarded pic of that scratch (Image attached below) to his superior who instructed him outright to not accept my oppo k1. He then lured me to accept oppo reno 10x zoom by paying the difference amount of 17, 300 but i abstained. He left with out delivering the package. I was upset. To add more salt to the wound, order section in my app reflects that seller cancelled my order as per my request.
Then i lodged a complaint over flipkart help centre whose official assured me that the technical team will contact me in 24 hours by call or email and rectify my concern but neither happened. I lodged another followup complaint but got no response as promised in next 24 hours. Today, i lodged my final complaint but flipkart customer care official tells me to place another fresh order and when wishmaster comes to deliver the product, to contact customer care support who will escalate the issue. Joke is every time you complain, you speak to a new customer care official whom you have to repeat the story from the scratch.
The summery of my experience is that stay away from these fradualant buyback offers. Because the wishmaster will reject your old phone siting a small scratch which he will find, because an used phone is bound to have minor scratches. Then he will convince you to accept the product to be delivered by paying the difference amount. 9 out of 10 people will accept the new phone because they need it. If you dont accept new phone still they have nothing to loose. This way they are selling lot of phones fooling loyal customers like me. Firstly they shouldn't assured buyback. There are hidden terms & conditions which is differ in the app & wishmasters inspection protocol. Already my lenovo k3 note was refused in exchange (Exchange price=rs 1550) for when i purchased oppo k1 siting a small scratch. I then sold it to my friend for same price.
I feel cheated, but i am totally helpless after lost money, time & forced not to upgrade my phone. Hope my story saves consumers like me from being cheated. I will update this post if my concerned is addressed & resolved.

My order # OD[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 15 September 2019. But until today the order is not delivered and no commitment from Flipkart end. I want someone to attend on this asap

Paid Rs. 3950 for Flipkart Cardless Credit Payment but after payment on 14th Sept, the remaining amount showing wrong. I've requested to flipkart team to look into this, but no positive response till now.

Flipkart Misusing the name of Cardless Credit.

Avl Balance was Rs. 26618, and Paid Rs 3950 as EMI for Sept. so Avl bal should be Rs. 22668, but its showing Rs 23222. Hows this possible? Rs. 554 extra amount showing
