[Resolved] Flipkart — Flipkart mobile number change without otp from old number Complaint-ID :IN[protected] | |
I have created a Flipkart account long ago with my old mobile number. I lost my mobile number and it got de-activated in a way that I couldn't get hold to. The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTP is being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number. This is making me unable to change the mobile number. I post a complaint on Flipkart customercare 2 weeks ago with complaint ID :IN[protected] but the only response I got when asking for an update on this is "wait for 24 hours" it's been so many 24 hrs I heard in such a way that I stop asking for the update through Flipkart chat. I lost 15 super coins which expired this month due to unable to access them because of this problem. I want them back and please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
