[Resolved]  Flipkart — Flipkart not giving refund of Rs. 5530 after committing strongly for 10 days

Sir,

Kindly note that I have registered a complaint at National Consumer
Helpline with docket number: 3031990 regarding this issue. This order was delivered on 6th October 2021 and under open box policy, Ekart wishmaster had opened the box and confirmed that the refrigerator was received with 2 big dents. Thus, I was made an offer of 20% refund of the total order value of Rs. 27650, that is Rs. 5530, if I accept the product. I accepted the offer and I received a call from [protected] on 7th October 2021 at 10:30AM (recording of which I have attached with this mail) confirming that I will receive a total refund of Rs. 5530 for the order.

The details of the conversation are as follows:
1. Bank details were asked. The bank account details are as follows:

Branch Name: Vasna Road, Vadodara

2. I was repeatedly confirmed on both mail and call that I will receive a
total refund of Rs. 5530 in my bank account in 3-5 working days. But sadly, Flipkart's 3-5 working days are never ending.

3. I confirmed that if given refund of 5530, I will not raise a complaint
regarding dent issue again. I cannot replace the item under physical damage option on flipkart.

Due to your 10 day return policy, I had to raise a return request today but
I want 5530 in my bank account as per your multiple previous commitments, both documentary and verbally. Rest assured that you cannot dupe an Indian customer like this and I will take my deserving Rs. 5530 at the earliest.
