[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart not returning the refund amount and not delivering the product also. | |||
On 23rd october, i placed an order with flipkart of 15000/- approx. The delivery date was 27th october. When delivery date was passed, i contacted them and asked the reason, they said that it's a logistics issue hence please cancel the order. I emailed them to cancel the order. Since 1st november, i have been struggling to get my refund from them. Everytime i reach customer support, they just reply back that i will get an update in 2 days. They always say that their team is working on the issue and will update me. But i never get any update. I have reached them via every communication, email, phone, twitter etc. But to no avail.
