[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart not returning the refund amount and not delivering the product also.

On 23rd october, i placed an order with flipkart of 15000/- approx. The delivery date was 27th october. When delivery date was passed, i contacted them and asked the reason, they said that it's a logistics issue hence please cancel the order. I emailed them to cancel the order. Since 1st november, i have been struggling to get my refund from them. Everytime i reach customer support, they just reply back that i will get an update in 2 days. They always say that their team is working on the issue and will update me. But i never get any update. I have reached them via every communication, email, phone, twitter etc.
But to no avail. I want my refund from them.

Updated by vivekk111094 They are not resolving my issue. They just keep giving me dates that it will be resolved then they forget about it.
In the attached photo, they even committed to resolve the issue by 16 nov, 11:30 am.
But it is still not resolved, i am still chasing after them everyday. As a customer, this was my worst experience with any online shopping site.
