Issue - Flipkart Order not delivered yet after multiple complaints paid More than 1 lakhs for order & they are mentally harassing us.
Order not delivered yet after multiple emails and calls, this is complete harassment.
I ordered the tablets for my children's online classes/studies. It was showing that the delivery deadline is 15th May.
The product reaches near my location on 15th, May morning 6:31am itself. But they didn't delivered it on 15th may, instead they extended the deadline to 17th May pathetic, customer service. I was concerned about my order, so I complaint to Flipkart about delivery...they didn't gave any reason for delay. Instead they made false promises to deliver it on 16th, this hampered my children's study... anyways as they promised to deliver it next day..I took leave from office on 16th and waited whole day for order delivery but again no one came for delivery, when I called Flipkart they didn't pickup my call, I chosen call me back option mre than 20 times but not even a single time they called and also messaged them approx 10-12 times but they didn't responded. At the end of the day, I got a call back from Flipkart & told them to talk to Flipkart senior executive, they put me on hold for so long and finally disconnected my call and did not called a me again. This is complete harassment. Because of it I am very much stressed and frustrated, lost our complete peace of mind as I paid 1 lakh 10 thousands rupees for this order. And it is also affecting my children's studies, they are unable to take classes online as the school software is not working with mobile phone. Anyways on deadline 17th May, extended delivery date, again it was not delivered on 17th May also I wasted my 2 hours on talking to multiple Flipkart customer care support executives making false promises that they will deliver it anyhow on 17th end of the day. But disappointing even on 17th May there was no sign of delivery. The same thing is repeating on 18th May also...they are not picking up my calls.
Kindly file a case against flipkart for not fulfilling the commitments, fake promises, worst services, inconvenience to customer and harassing the customers. As ordered the product on discounted price in sale, i don't want to cancel the order, I want my product to be delivered on 18 May asap and also Flipkart should pay us Rs. 20000 for mental Harassment and our loss and such inconvenience strictly.
Kindly resolve my complaint and take a strict action against them as they are doing this with many customers, those who can't reach out to consumer forum or do not know how to deal with such issues and complain against them.
