[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart pay later payment related | |||
I had given an opportunity to use flipkart pay later for which i got 5000 credit limit in last year. I used it 2times. First time i made the payment on time. But 2nd time when i purchased i did not pay the outstanding that time due to some financial problem. As i know flipkart pay later rules i paid the outstanding amount 2weeks before. I know there is much delay in payment but i thought after payment i will use the facility. Although my flipkart pay later balance shows a credit limit but i am unable to use it. I raised a complaint for which today i received a call. They said that as i paid the outstanding amount very late now i can't use this facility. My question is why i can't use although i paid all tue outstanding amount. They take the payment after 1year but they are not given the facility. I want justice in this matter. All the executive told that as i have balance i must use this facility but due to some technical problem some issues are coming. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 25, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on [protected], informed customer due to making the late payment option is disable as of now. Informed customer you will be not be able to use the same now, customer was unhappy with the services hence agreed for the same closing the case.
