Flipkart — Flipkart Payment issue not resolved

Hi,

I made a payment but order was not successful Flipkart. I made payment for Samsung J3 pro (Rs 7990). Bank has already confirmed about the debited amount. But Customer care numbers is not working always telling all executive are busy. Complaint through site but not getting response

Updated by deepumca83 Bank has confirmed the Payment reference number also but still didn't get the confirmation from Flipkart.
Bank ref no. is 753641
