[Resolved] Flipkart — flipkart product not yet delivered, but it shows online as delivered | |||||
I ordered an item from flipkart. [order id: od[protected]] it was supposed to be delivered before 10th august 2017. However, not delivered. But i received message as delivered. I checked the tracking online and shocked that it has been marked as delivered. I called and emailed and complained several times that i have not received and have not acknowledged for it. But flipkart team replied saying as per courier department its delivered and shared acknowelgement screenshot, please note i have not signed and have not acknowledged for it. Incident was reported but proper investigation was not done in[protected]. Tracking id fmpp[protected]. Its 13 days late and i am not sure where is my package. I have lost the hope that this will be resolved. Currently that item is out of stock on the website. I request if its not being resolved, kindly do the refund, so that it will give me confidence about the company to shop in future. This is my first bad experience with flipkart.
