I've ordered a product u. S. Polo assn. Solid men polo neck blue t-shirt order id - od[protected] for ₹2654 from the @flipkart on 2nd may, i got product on 8th may w 2023 but due size & fit issue raised a return request. On 9th may 2023 returned successfully to delivery agent but still i didn't get my refund.
I escalated these issues many times to @flipkartsupport but they refused my request to return the money back. A few days back they demanded evidence for successful pickup.
I have sent an email with all the evidence regarding successful pickup completed despite that @flipkart refused to initiate my refund back. I have attached relevant screenshots related to this matter. Kindly take some action against @flipkart.
I didn't get any resolution from anyone fro @flipkart customer support & they refused my request to refund my amount for the product which i've successfully returned to the delivery agent & i am showing you evidence as well for the same despite that @flipkart didn't refund.
Due to this act by @flipkart has given me mentally harassment. As you can see in attached how many times i requested @flipkartsupport regarding my refund.
