[Resolved]  Flipkart — flipkart seller account is not reactivate

My seller account on hold due to flipkart said reason "listing inactive-fake" and told me to submit product invoice for reactivate account. I have submitted genuine invoice and assure to related flipkart that my products are 100% genuine. Regarding this i have written to flipkart seller grievance team that my document will recheck and as i confirm if my document will recheck then i assure that related team will found 100% genuine these document. But i think nobody rechecked the same and reply me the same answer that your account will not be activated. Now please tell me what is my fault? If flipkart found quality issue in a product so the particular product should be block. But flipkart has hold my complete account. For any issue firstly flipkart has to warning to seller. If seller will not follow flipkart instruction in spite of first warning then flipkart should take action against seller.in this case i am not finding any fault from my side. For reactivate account i have submitted genuine invoice to flipkart team as team required of the particular brand and the brand has been also confirmed that the products and invoce (S) are genuine. I could not submitted brand authorization letter to flipkart for the particular brand because that brand does not provide the such type letter to anybody in india. I have not option to reopen new account in flipkart because gst, pan, bankaccount will not reissue on my name. I hope if concern team will recheck my document then will found 100% genuine my document and my account would be reactive.
