[Resolved] Flipkart — for cancelled order also flipkart has raised a request for payment and it was settled from bank side even though the order has cancelled. | |||
I have purchased an item from flip kart using the flip kart pay later and Purchased bluetooth head set worth of rupees 3999/- on 4th sept but due to some reasons i have cancelled the order in the same day itself... The order number is: “od[protected]” But flip kart has sent a payment request for payment on 3rd november to my indusind bank credit card and they have settled the payment to flipkart... Here one thing i need to highlight... Even though the item has cancelled why flip kart has sent a payment request...? Ok it happened by mistake till today one and half month finished and Flip kart has not returned the amount back to my credit card... Up now i have explained only half of the problem... Here comes the main problem please read it carefully... I want to close my existing indusind bank credit card and i have paid off all The un-billed amount and raised a cancellation request 31st october 2017 And the card is going will cancelled within 7 working like bank people said.. So i have thrown my card a side and completely forget... But from flip kart side they raised payment request on 3rd of november, i Don’t know about this... So i didn't checked statement... Now in december again i have received a statement copy and message from Indusind stating that i have to clear pending funds... I have shocked and called the customer support regarding to this... They said flip kart has requested for payment of rupees 3999/- on 3rd November, so we approved like that they said... And also bank people has charged me 1000 rupees for not clearing the Pending payments in november (I. E., 3999/-). Here the complete mistake is flip kart only... I requesting you to take a serious action on flip kart and including the fine Amount (5000/- i need my money back...) My mobile number is: [protected] And the registered email with flip kart is: [protected]@gmail.com I mean to say one and half month back flip kart has taken my money... So i am insisting them to clear funds along with the late fee which was Imposed to me by the bank. = And the below message is for some frauds... (It is not related to this complaint) Some intruders are seeing this complaint in this portal and they were calling to the particular person and introducing them self as they are calling from so and so... And asking for the bank details... Admin please make all complaint visible to only respective persons... Other wise all cheaters are calling... Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 18, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, customer stated that he couldn't check his ICICI statement as the customer support of team of ICICI couldn't give it, informed that the order OD[protected] was placed using indusind credit card itself and informed that he has to contact his bank for entering the txn in the statement of November instead of September. Customer said he will check this with the bank and asked to close this case from our end
