Team - we have ordered a pair of bellies from flipkart. It was delivered on 8 may 2019 and i placed the return request on the same day but when the pick person came on 9 may 2019 he refused to collect the product and was asking for the footwear box which was not delivered with the product. We called customer care as well and explained the whole that we wanted to return the product as it is as we have received with all the attached tags and all other things but with no luck.
