[Resolved] Flipkart — forging of account | |||||
Ordered a Redmi note 5 pro, with exchange discount, got cancelled due to some problem with the old phone, Now the problem is I ordered only 1 phone but when I tried to order the second as per the policy of Flipkart of only 2 phones per customer, it refused by saying I have availed my limit. Secondly my order got cancelled but during your sale of 10% discount on SBI card didn't function and had to face a extra charge of 1300 on my card. And refund also not received for the phone.
