[Resolved] Flipkart — fossil smart watch damaged | |||
I have orderd watch and when i receive parcel ans the time i open the parcel the watch was damaged and it was my second order with flipkart and while i creating a return flipkart locked my account and i am not able to login to my flipkart account and when i ask them to help me they didn't reply to me once. I have called them several times but they put me on hold for 20-20 minutes then cut the call. Flipkart is harressing me and broke my trust for online companies. A wrong product was delivered by Flipkart today. I ordered a Salman khan edition for phone back cover but got something else so I want to return it and want my money back. So kindly help.
