[Resolved] Flipkart — fraud against purchase of jewellery | |||||
It is shameful that a company like Flipkart is doing fraud with customers in such an unusual manner. I had ordered a gold ring from Malabar a Flipkart seller. As per site aggrement I buyed a ring with weight of 2.01 gm but when I received the product it is 1.85 gm. They has cheated me with false promises. Nowadays Flipkart is not at all safe for buying costly product. Flipkart started pick-pocketing business nowadays. And the worst point is their customer service is world worst. They will give you worst of worst solutions and waste your time. So shameful of Flipkart. Whereas I am a Gold Plus Member.
