[Resolved] Flipkart — fraud product received

On 2.05.2019 i ordered a redmi note 7 pro and it was suppose to be delivered on 7th. But instead i got a micromax feature phone and i raised a return request. It was suppose to be resolved by 10th.. Which was rejected on last moment saying they could not connect to me. I have not received any call from them till date.. Have been calling them daily

Have been contacting fk customer care for last 3-4 dats and still getting standard reply and no resolution..

I was promised that a senior person will call me for the issue and yet m still waiting ...whats wrong with fk.how can you keep a customer hanging like this... Really disappointed
