I brought an acer nitro 5 an515-52 gaming laptop for rs.49990 on 24th may[protected]. I have evidence that they have sold me an used product as new. The laptop has already been registered on 30/11/2018 for an extended warranty whereas it was purchased on 24/05/2019. The laptop also seems defective with an screen issue immediately after purchase and a hinge issue now. I have included the invoice, the serial number on the back of the laptop, and the image which shows that the warranty was purchased on 30/11/2018 in the attachments. Expecting a quick response to my issue.
