[Resolved]  Flipkart — fristo hand held bag

I ordered fristo hand held bag of red and black on 18th august. Order id od[protected]. Having receipt the bag i got its zipper totally defective and inside is giving very old look. I do'nt like this bag and also bag has no brand logo only has a tag. I would like to replace it with fristo hand held bag of black, tan. Kindly check the zipper before dispatch.

I would like to get the bag before 25th august since i have to gift it on 25th aug'18

I want to buy a new phone on Flipkart and exchange my old phone as I am filling the details of my phone it is not accepting my emei and a msg comes that this emei does not belongs to this phone or model and when I checked it on Google that emei is correct
