[Resolved]  Flipkart — frustrated with faulty product return request

I purchased lenovo m10 fhd rel 32 gb 10.04 inch with wi-fi only tablet (Slate black) order id: od[protected]
On my previous return request jeeves technician was sent. However he just reset the device which i had already tried.
The problem is device keeps crashing every now and then and after resetting the device i face the same problem after some time again.
The product is defective. I request you to refund or replace the product.
I have tried raising the complaint via executives however they keep giving excuses like technical problem couldn't raise complaint etc
Every time i have to talk to a new executive and have to explain the situation again and again.
Now again when i raised the return request jeeves technician visit is called he comes resets the tablet and closes my request and my issue doesn't get resolved permanently. It only solves my problem temporarily. I wish your intervention in this matter as i am getting nowhere talking with executives.
I am attaching the relevant invoice also for your reference.
I am frustrated. The device is unusable. Please help me

Update:My product was replaced once.The replaced product also had the same issue.Ultimately I returned it and got refunded. Issue resolved but has been a bad experience for me.I am gonna have anxiety buying stuff online now.I felt that return and refund policy of Flipkart is not consumer friendly.This is the first time i had to go through return procedure. Some (not all) Jeeves technicians are only interested in avoiding their responsibility of approving by just closing the issue on their side and not considering the costumer's issue.Flipkart should have their own Inhouse team for approving like amazon has i feel instead of outsourcing it to Jeeves because many customers have had this problem with Jeeves. Had a hard time explaining to them, almost had an argument with them and Flipkart doesn't accept replacement or refund till they approve so in the end customer is trapped.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I was just sharing my experience of what i went through and my opinion on improvements that could be made so return procedure is seamless for the customer.
Hope Flipkart considers it.
