[Resolved] Flipkart — frustrating worst customer support - flipkart | |||
I have not seen any customer care group worst than in Flipkart. No person has any knowledge of any solution. I have purchased a product and it was never reached to me. Per day I have to make a call to customer care. They are so careless people and do not know where is my product and each time they are making a new story for solution. I got very much frustrated. Neither I got product neither got my money. Total fraud FLIPKART has done with me. Was this information helpful? | |||
