[Resolved] Flipkart — gift card issue not received to receiver nor me

I'll transfer one gift card on 3rd February 2019 from my registered mail id to my brother and that card still not received to receiver so i raise complaint to Flipkart and from last 3rd of February my issue not resolved and on 13th February they mailed me that they provide a new gift card in 24 hrs but still not get any gift card voucher and customer care executive give me different different reason everyday. I'll attach screenshot of mail which flipkart mailed me on 13th February.

Updated by shubhamkhinchi7 Still issue not resolved. I got only one call yesterday to wait for 24 hrs and i think 24 hrs completed but still no proper response to solve the issue for last 16 days.
