[Resolved] Flipkart — go pro hero 7 black with kit | |
Hello respected faculty, i ordered a product from Flipkart on 17th of May, 2019 at 8:03 PM. The seller on Flipkart was Retailnet and the product is Go Pro Hero 7 Black. The cost of the product was Rs.29, 999/- I ordered the product via online payment mode through HDFC debit card and got an offer of Rs1500. Now the final price of product after offer was Rs 28, 499. The order was successfully placed and shipped to me on 18th May 2019 at 11:56 PM and at same time my order was dispatched from the Flipkart Facility, Bilaspur. Then the order was scanned and further dispatched to Flipkart Facility, Gurgaon. The order arrived at Gurgaon Flipkart Facility on 19 May, 2019 at 3:03 AM. My order was successfully placed and was in transit status but suddenly i got a notification that the seller has cancelled the product due to limited stock. Now my issue is if i placed my order successfully, did my payment and order was dispatched, how can flipkart and the seller cancel the order.

Jun 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 20, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller. Also, the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on May 19, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
