I had ordered a furniturehub wooden and wrought iron indoor and outdoor dining table from flipkart worth eleven thousand eight hundred seventy four rupees, i ordered this product on 20th feb 2022 and delievered on 1 march, when i opened the parcell i found that the product was damaged and there are two different types of chair i requested a return on same day after 10 days on 11th march 2022 i had a call from a courier agent and they were telling that we didnt get any request from the company to take the parcell as a return so pls contact customer support. When i called the customer care they told me that we are raised a wrong request for return and we are unable to change from here so pls u should cancel the request and raise a new return requst from ur side and i did this after that i got a msg that ur request for return was cancelled again i have to do the same process and till i am doing the same and didnt get any refund or replacement, everyday i m getting a new agent number and when i try to call the agent nobody replies, the numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] [ delhivery ]
