[Resolved]  Flipkart — got broken product and did not get replacement as well

Respected sir/ ma'am,

I had ordered the (Prestige 1200 watt induction cooktop with push button (Black) induction cooktop (Black, push button) on flipkart and on 31st aug.2020 a phone call came from courier office come and pickup your parcel. We have to travel 30km to collect our product. While taking it was making noise and before we ask him he ran away from there. He already knew that this is broken product.

I have taken the shooting before the opining the packet. It was fully broken top and at that time i requested for replacement and next day the seller denied the replace after that i have had conversation with your executive more than four days.

The seller kept cancelling the replacement i spoke with your executive and asked to talk to the seller and tell the information.

I am very surprised that on one has spoken to the seller and asked him why is he doing this?

Now i would like to get only refund i do not want any product from flipkat at all.

Develiry boy was very rude after giving the feedback and... Lot of things happened after that.

I am not able to send video because it is large file.

I have not yet received any refund from Flipkart. They have been giving me only dates to resolve the issue. But it looks like they are doing anything at all. They do not want to return on name of the seller's policy

I had filed a complaint in flipkart as well No. is IN[protected] Nobody is wokring on this they are just saying that we are working.

I think they want money from Indian people but do not want to give service or good product.
