[Resolved] Flipkart — got marbles in place of mobile

I have ordered a iphone 7 but when it was delivered and i unbox it i have got marbles in the box of iphone xs then i tried to call flipkart customer service they refuse to help me and told me we don't have the option to replacement although i have told that i have told i have unboxing video also but they didn't reply i am in the loss of 25000 thousand help me to share it.
