Flipkart — Got T Shirt Delivered in place of sky bag 75cm trolley

I have place order on 9th April a trolly of skybag . On 11th April the delivery person came and delivered tshirt to my wife . He just asked for otp and my wife was unaware what was to be delivered and she shared . She told the deivery guy that we have trolly to be delivered but he said he delivered the product which was given to him . I immediately within 1 hour raise request callback and raised complain. The executive denied to take complain as it was not showing delivered and asked me to call back after 24hours. On 12th April i spoke to senior executive and she assured me the issue will be reolved by 15th and she will call me back and pickup was scheduled. On 14th pickup was scheduled by deivery guy refuse to take product as it was obviously not matching . Then again i called cc and pickup was reschedule on 16th. This time the delivery guys did not come and cancelled pickup saying customer want to keep the product . Then again I called and got surity it will be reaolved by 18th . On 18th to my surprise i saw the return was cancelles and again Ibcalled customer care and they said it will be resolved by 20 and on 20 I get mail it will be resolved by 21 . So far nothing has happened and as delivery guy know me he is not coming to pickup another product also qs he cancelled my pickup request earlier .

So flipkart is not taking any action from thier end and everytime come up with new date .

Please help I really lost trust on flipkart.

Now again the date changes to 25th
