Flipkart — Grocery / poor customer service and fake promises

Order was placed on 10th july 2021. While placing order, delivery was shown as 11th july. So i was waiting whole day but in the night i got an sms stating the delivery will happen on 12th. I was fine by that as delay do tend to happen. On 12th again i got an sms stating the delivery will happen only on 13th. This is where i got so irate and contacted the customer service. Their service is so poor that first i spoke to executive named krish over chat. He was giving me all neutral answers and was not clear as well. Second he transferred the chat i guess, you will not believe, i kept on asking this executive his name, he did not bother to answer at all and was giving all foolish and rubbish answers. You can check in the images i shared. Again all of a sudden the chat was transferred to the another person and he gave me an ultimate answer stating the complaints mail id is no longer available. Swear on god these guys almost took 4 minutes to answer my queries. Same can be seen in the images i shared, especially the second executive. They do not have the courtesy to say i shall transfer or ask us to wait, they either bluntly transfer or do not reply itself.

I have been mentally harassed by the executive. No proper resolution provided and made me lose so much time.

I want this company to compensate for my ordeal and i'm willing to go as far as i can go to have this resolved or compensated. As i have been treated very badly as a customer even being a regular customer. Also i want those 3 executives to be treated or given proper training to handle the customer.

no update or whatsoever. i told you all . they are just lazy ### also like they said after giving me 2 fake promises the order was delivered only on 13th .phew. no point raising complaint at all .

after all these things the order got delivered as per their date, funniest thing is two products of which they sent were different . They did give refund but just see the overall experience . Totally bad and poor .
very very disappointed .
