I had ordered a phone (Google Pixel 2 XL) on 13th May 2018 and applied HDFC Credit Card offer with Rs. 10, 000 cashback after 90 days. But however the cashback has not been credited to my card and Flipkart's customer care team has not been able to give me an explanation for the same.
My account has been blocked by Flipkart in parallel and the reason given is "unfair use of the offers under our Token of Apologies policy". I have been making several attempts to understand the real concern and address it. But Flipkart has sued me without looking into this matter what so ever.
So in that case can i also ask the company to shut down its operation for making unfair use of customer's trust.?
Every single time I called Flipkart customer care the call would be escalated to 3-4 level of seniors and then the call is cut abruptly saying "the concerned team will get back to you in 24-48 hours".
Till date its been more than 2 months I haven't received even a single RELEVANT mail or a call back from the concerned team in order to resolve my issue.
I have been a customer of Flipkart for the last 5 years and have never received any intimation or problem with any fraud. Month after I ordered an expensive phone with Rs. 10, 000 cashback the account is blocked and cashback is not given.
I am forced to perceive this as a cheap trick by Flipkart to hold possession if what belongs to the customer.
My account was blocked on charges of getting Rs. 500 as compensation for a faulty charger. The money awarded by them is still in my wallet. But in my case Flipkart has cheated me and held possession of Rs. 10, 000.
What is the penalty for this.?
Just because Flipkart is a Online Shopping Mart giant, Can no action be taken against them.?
I have also given Flipkart the liberty to prove me guilty and I shall accept their decision with due respect. But without looking into the issue, blocking the account and not crediting the cashback is not justifiable by any law despite the customer having made several attempts to resolve the concern.

I believe this forum would be able to address my concern and help create a platform where Flipkart will reach out to me with an open mind to understand the real concern.
