please note i have not recieved my above mentioned order.
The order placed around 10/oct/2020. I have niether received a refund - now my flipkart account has been blocked and i cannot access my account.

This is a sheer case of fraud on flipkarts part. They are a cheat company who do not value the customer at all.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi,

We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

Please note their has been no return request issued from my end. Some fraudulent activity in my account - generated via Flipkart has been done. No RETURN REQUEST HAS BEEN INITIATED FROM MY END - THEN WHY IS MY ACCOUNT BLOCKED. Flipkart should atleast notify me before blocking my account. With a pending order and they having blocked my account I have no way of contacting them also. This is a pure case of FRAUD on their part.

Please clarify the above as soon as possible
