I had ordered headphones worth 8000
(Order I’d-FMPP[protected]) from Flipkart on 6may. They claimed that the product will reach me by 9th. It didn’t.
On 9th, they extended the delivery date till 12th. Today is 13th and I still have not received the product. They have extended the date till even 17th now.
On tracking my order on ekart, it shows that the product is at the same location since 7th of may. There has been absolute ZERO progress in 7days in the order and I don’t know if they lost my order or anything like that.
As a consumer, my time is getting wasted and am very disappointed and angry.
When I call the customer care, they just tell me to wait and nothing else. I demand one day delivery of my product as soon as possible or else I’ll have to take legal action. Was this information helpful? |
