Highly unethical!!!. I have ordered an "crompton optimus 100- litre desert cooler" from flipkart on 16 may 2019, through order no od[protected] of rs 12600. It was placed successfully and scheduled to be delivered on may 21 2019. However on may 21 flipkart cancelled it and when contacted they told that seller cancelled it want us to place the same order again at higher price of rs 14000. Highly unethical!!!. Jun 24, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 23, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that order was cancelled without customer consent. We regret to inform that customer order has been cancelled by the seller due to unforeseen reasons. Hence, requesting customer to place a fresh order and closing the complaint form our end.
