Respected Sir/ Madam,

My name is Krishnapriya and I had ordered a Printer catridge 852 HP Black and i received the same on 26.11.2019 and when i installed the same the printer could not print the file.I replaced the old catridge again and checked and printer got printed as usual. Since thereis not refund or return policy as per the purchase bill and i lost y complete amount by purchasing a fake product.
