Hlo sir myself kartik ur unhappy customer. As i buy htc e9s mobile from flipkart but they give me display defective peace but i replaced it and after replacement the new product have same display problem. So, now i don't want your defective product i want my money refund plseeee!!! Sir otherwise i have to do harrashment legal case on flipkart regarding this.. Product code - od[protected], registered mobile no. [protected] email i'd [protected]@hotmail.com but this email i'd is temporarily not working so plse!!! Reply me to my another email i'd [protected]@gmail.com
I thik you consider my request and also fells my problem and give me my money refund as early as possible...

Myself kartik i am ur customer and i buy htce9s dual sim phone from flipkart and i got it in defective condition of display but i replaced it but after replacement i got new phone with same problem. Then i requested u to refund my money then you processed it but after 2days u cancelled it... What is this nonsense sir i paied full money for this phone. So, you are playing with me.. This time sir i am sure that if you don't give me my money refund for order no. Od[protected] and registered mobile no. [protected] and registered email i'd [protected]@hotmail.com i will definately do harrashment legal case on you...
So, refund my money as early as possible and take away your worst product from me...

As per our policy we had requested the customer to visit Authorized Service Center. We are sorry but but we will not be able to initiate return.

Hi karthik, what happened to your refund? I am going through similar issue. Flipkart is not worried about customer complaints and customer satisfaction. Did you get your money? What did you do? I also got defective phone, I tried hard for 15 days, no replacement or refund from flipkart. People get cheated by flipkart's policies that says you will get full refund for defective items, but it is not true. They don't give you refund at all. Need my money back from flipkart.
