I ordered Smart LED TV from Flipkart on 08 May 22 of Rs 13999/-. The TV was delivered to me on 11 May 2022. When i unpacked it, it was found that TV looked like used before, the body was damaged and accessories like wall mount was also not in the, paking. I placed return/replacement order immediately which was under the Flipkart return policy. On 14 May 22, technician from Flipkart visited my house and found the TV in same condition explained as above and he also placed return/replacement request. But, today on 15th May 22, i received an SMS that dealer is unable to fulfill your return request. My return order has been rejected my the Flipkart . I'm no where in mistake please help me to recover my amount or Replace the said TV.
