Flipkart — I am blocked to collect the reward of Flipkart game and videos.

On 19th june 2021 12:00pm, i played sports quiz time and in that quiz all questions were repeated and so i was able to answer each question very very quickly and my score was 1087, due to which my got suspended for playing games and getting any super coin rewards after watching videos.
pfa attached screen shots. same happened to friends account as well.
